It said that we should massage our feet every night before sleeping with any oil for two to three minutes. I read this and started massaging my feet regularly. When I got up in the morning, I felt that my skin was fresher, brighter and glowing. I have been seeing my mother doing this since our childhood. Even today, she is physically younger than us. We didn’t know that the secret behind this was foot massage. She often used to make us massage her feet with oil. When I started applying this tip, I found that it removes skin spots. Hakim Sahib!
